Sarah is a best-selling author of several personal development books, the creator of the Centrella Method™ and Futureboards™ success methods, a sought after motivational speaker and podcast host. Sarah also spent over a decade in corporate technology sales and sales leadership before starting her coaching company in 2017.
Director of Sales
Amanda has an extensive background in corporate sales and marketing leadership. Her experience includes in-depth knowledge of client relations, contract negotiations, event management, corporate sponsorship, social media, public relations, and corporate communications. She is also the co-founder of Bold Women Society.
Director of Client Solutions
Ekaterini recently retired from corporate life after 25 years in financial services. During that time she held a number of different roles in various business units including operations, sales and relationship management, facilitation, leader and associate learning and development programs and most recently, performance consulting. She is also a certified meditation coach.
Chief Financial Officer
Lou is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer and Controller with over 20 years of experience. He has a proven record of driving
sustainable revenue growth and profitability through business planning, analytics, and process improvements.
Director of Marketing
Danielle brings over 20 years of B2B marketing experience at Fortune 500 high-tech corporations. She currently leads a team responsible for demand generation, digital marketing, e-commerce and sales enablement. She’s passionate about the power of personal development and continuous improvement as a driver for business growth.
Director of Operations & Strategy
Mary has over 15 years experience in engineering, operations, sales and product development. Her current role leads operational scope and delivery of new IoT (Internet of Things) products for a global telecommunications company.
Director of Human Resources
Julie brings nearly 20 years of executive leadership experience in Human Resources to Centrella Co., and has spent the last decade as the Vice President of HR at NextGen Healthcare. Her enthusiasm for the Centrella Method coaching program combined with her vast expertise in Human Resources is invaluable.
